          What is the delivery time?

          Production normally takes 3–10 business days once your order details are complete and, if you selected the optional £0.90 design preview, your design is approved. The optional preview normally takes 1–2 business days after we receive your details. UK transit takes a further 3–5 business days after dispatch. Time waiting for your details or approval is additional. UK delivery is £2.95 below £100 and free from £100. See our shipping policy for international destinations and estimates.

          Can I change my link later?

          Yes. All our products offer free lifetime changes to their digital destination link. Email hi@smarplaque.com with your order number and the new link. This changes the destination your product opens, not the printed design, wording, logo or physical product. There is no charge for these digital link changes.

          How Does NFC Work on NFC Plates?

          Tap a compatible NFC-enabled phone near the NFC area to open the programmed destination. NFC support and the best tap position vary by phone; some devices require NFC to be enabled.

          The printed QR code provides an alternative for phones with a camera and QR scanning support. No SmarPlaque app is required. The destination service may require a login, including Google sign-in to leave a review.
